Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsibilities
•   Fixture DAP
•   Fixture assembly indirect material planning
•   Fixture assembly & RFT hours estimation
•   Unit inspection at supplier end
•   Fixture manufacturing (assembly, M1,M2, RFT) activity & manpower monthly-weekly planning.
•   Pneumatic piping, painting, CMM inputs for requisition & supplier planning
•   Fixture parts painting planning
•   Manufacturing parameters monitoring (activities, loss, utilization & efficiency monitoring)
•   Fixture assembly, M1-Quality Check, RFT check
•   Fixture M1,M2 buyoff & parts trial with customer
•   Buyoff concerns Closure planning (defining the concern category, responsibility, target date, material follow-up)
•   Fixture dispatch planning-(Dispatch material planning, RFD point checking)
•   DWM updation (PQCDSM Monitoring )
•   TPM & 5S implementation at shop floor
•   Cost saving through -Kaizen, VSM, 5S, MIND, MYB, MGB projects
•   Quality concerns analysis and solving through various QC tools- 7QC tool, QCRT, MYB, MGB
•   Safe working

•   Complete the fixture manufacturing activities in targeted hours
•   First Time Right offering to customer
•   Reduction in G-NOFA C Score
•   Cost saving through Process Improvement
•   Reduction in buyoff concerns
