Job Position 1: Diploma Engineer Trainee – Electrical    

Job Summary

Diploma Engineer Trainee - Electrical

All selected students will be on training (classroom and on-the-job) for 18 months in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of Generating plants (Thermal and Hydros), Transmission Receiving Stations, Distribution Sub Stations, Renewable Energy Sites (Solar and Wind).

Key skills required include the following: · Proficient Domain technical skill · Problem Solving · Attention to detail · Creativity · Quality orientation · Project Management · Supplies Management · Good communication

CTC :

2.80 Lakhs per annum (Stipend Structure) + other benefits such as: Subsidized Hostel/ Company Provided accommodation based on company discretion (not applicable at certain locations and deductions as applicable), Medical Facilities, Insurances including Group Medical Coverage Insurance (GMC), Group Term Life Insurance (GTLI), Group Personal Accident Insurance (GPA), Voluntary OPD coverage, Executive health check-up, Canteen and Transport facility (available at certain locations), Official Travel reimbursement, contemporary leave practices, Higher Education Support (post trainee period), Car Lease benefit (post trainee period), Mobile Phone and Data Card/Broadband reimbursement (with approval as per requirement), Rewards & Recognitions etc.

Shortlisting Criteria :

50% and above throughout SSC and Diploma · The applicant must not have any active backlogs (uncleared exams) · The applicant should have completed the Diploma academic course within the stipulated tenure of course (e.g. Diploma in 3 years') · Applicant should be willing to travel and be posted anywhere in India at office, plant, project site location etc. · Applicant to be declared medically fit by Company CMO · Applicant should be of 18 years as on 30th June 2023 (before joining the company).

Job Position 2: Graduate Engineer Trainee - Fire & Safety    

Job Summary

Fire & Safety We are looking for candidates who are currently in the final year of B.E. / B. Tech (Fire & Safety) and would graduate in 2023.

The roles and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Renewables, Generation and T&D Cluster

· Identification and control of workplace hazards & ensuring the legal requirements for health and safety to be maintained at the workplace.

· Understanding the principles of TSHMS, Risk assessments, JSA, Method statements and implementing risk mitigation plan w.r.t. Fire & Safety

· To engage and influence employees / contractors & coach individuals on Safety toenable them to successfully discharge their responsibilities as per TSHMS and to maintain specified goals.

· Implementation of CSCC.

· Knowledge about ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, EPM, TBEM & S+5S.

· Site audit shall be carried out to check and verify all hazards are identified and Control measures mentioned in HIRA/JSA implemented at site.

· Sharing of Best Practices & Driving team towards implementation.

· To coordinate & conduct plant/work site inspections and Audits as per schedule.

· To participate & encourage team in 5S implementation, Implementation of Improvement drives undertaken for TBEM, BCDMP etc.

· Checks on Fire Detections and Fire Protection System readiness.

· Design and conduct Health, Safety and Firefighting training. Maintain MIS records relating to Trainings, Safety Observations, Audits, Inspection, Accidents, occurrences, near misses etc.

· Organize Theme Based Safety Drives / Campaigns /Competition / contest related to Health, Safety and Fire & to Organize Safety Committee Meetings.

· Implementation & Driving of Corp. Safety initiatives.

· To follow up with action owners to ensure the completion of audit findings, safety observations & CAPA.

· To coordinate and conduct HSE induction and training at site based on training needs identified.

· Analyzing trends and performance, providing routine feedback, and driving actions to improve performance.

· To ensure adherence to PPE and other safety requirements.

· Manage key performance Indicators (KPI) and drive necessary efforts to achieve them.
