We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Introduction:

The PMO Finance Analyst is responsible for managing Project/Program governance processes for Business Banking Technology in India and ensuring that all BB change programs adhere to governance standards; along with reporting the compliance of these programs with all relevant processes.
•    Work closely with PM & PMO teams to ensure governance for change programs with respect to Project Initiation, Business case, RAIDs, Status, Finances, Project lifecycle and Project Program 
•    Manage portfolio finance and Single Order Books
•    Manage Journal entires and Recoveries
•    Provides active support to the Portfolio and Delivery PMO as required
•    Drive automation and continuous process improvement across all areas of responsibility

What we’re looking for:

Process Management 100%.
•    Work closely with PM & PMO teams to ensure governance for change programs with respect to Project Initiation, Business case, RAIDs, Status, Finances, Project lifecycle and Project Program 
•    Manage portfolio finance and Single Order Books
•    Understand the basics of accruals and journal postings
•    Good excel skills

Skills that will help you in the role :

•    Experience in project lifecycle and business case; in-depth experience in portfolio analysis
•    Knowledge/expertise in programme governance standards and assurance
•    Knowledge/expertise in managing finance cost centres/project budgets
•    Highly competent in MS office suite and be an MS Excel Expert (pivot tables, macros, data set manipulation).  
•    Excellent organization skills, structured and be able to prioritise workload
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•    Experience in portfolio, programme and/or project financial forecast analysis and reporting 
•    Strong team player, well-disciplined and have proven ability to network and influence others with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
