Ceat Off Campus Recruitment Drive 2023 Details:

CEAT, a leading tire manufacturer in India with a capacity of over 800 tonnes per day, is conducting an off-campus drive to hire freshers for the position of Graduate Engineer Trainee. This drive is open for 2022 batch pass-outs with a degree in B.E/B.Tech and from Tire 1 & Tire 2 engineering colleges. The eligible female candidates who have secured 60% throughout their academic career can apply for this position. The selected candidates will be offered a CTC of Rs 5.5-6 LPA and will be placed in Chennai, Nagpur, Nashik, or Halol.

The Graduate Engineer Trainee will be involved in various manufacturing processes and value addition projects, conducting research, and developing MIS data. They will also be responsible for innovations in product and process improvisations and completing all tasks assigned by the supervisor. Good communication skills, the ability to understand customer requirements and solve additional requirements, self-driven, capable of taking up challenges and ownership, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are some of the skills required for this role.
