Eligibility
Openings for Management Trainees require to fulfilment of
the following eligibility:
OKCL invites applications
for Management Trainee positions from MBAs passed in the year
2021 or 2022 or will pass in the year 2023 and with Engineering Graduation
preferably in computer engineering / IT / E&TC with good scholastic
background, high mental ability, quantitative aptitude, sound foundations in
computing and office automation tools.

Traineeship
The Management Trainees will initially undergo one-year
training-cum assignments and internship in live projects at OKCL Bhubaneswar.
They will be paid an excellent stipend with other
facilities during their traineeship.

Application Process
- Candidates
will have to apply online by visiting OKCL’s career page https://okcl.org/careers from
Wednesday, 28 December, 2022.
- Last
date to apply online is Wednesday, 25 January, 2023 by 5.00 pm.
Applications received after this date shall not be considered.
- We
request all candidates to enter the correct and verified email address and
mobile numbers since any and all communication for the recruitment process
will be done digitally.
- The
Registration fees are being waived off
- Candidates
shall go through a carefully drawn-out multi-step selection process
Selection Test Details
The selection process shall be a two-stage process
consisting of
1. Online
Test
2. Hands-on
Test and Final Interview
Stage 1: Online test
- Candidates
need to take an online selection test from their home through OKCL’s
Online Exam Framework.
- For
the online test, candidates must have a good stable internet connection
with a desktop/laptop computer with Webcam and microphone.
- Candidates
must be alone in a quiet environment for the duration of the exam.
Conversation with anyone else is not permitted during the exam.
- Use
of any reference materials, resources, other mobile/tablet,
earphones-headphones, other computer screens, and/or other software is not
permitted during the exam.
- Mock
test can be taken on Monday, 30 January, 2023 between 10 am to 8 pm.
Online Final exam shall be conducted on Wednesday, 01 February, 2023, from
11 AM to 12.00 noon. The results for the online test shall be declared on
Monday, 06 February, 2023, at 5.00 pm.
- Maximum
Marks which can be obtained for online test: 100.
- Total
number of questions: 100
- There
shall be no negative marking.
- Multiple
options will be given to each question. Each Question will carry 1 Marks
- Test
Duration: 60 minutes
- OKCL
expects that candidates should have the following skills and questions
will be asked based on the following sessions.
Part I: Tools
1. Candidate
must have IT Skills: Advance Level in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and
Windows.
2. Candidate
should have excellent command over MS Excel.
3. Candidate
should be able to present the concept through an impressive PowerPoint
presentation.
4. Candidate
should have complete command over MS Outlook and should have email etiquette.
5. Candidate
should have the ability to do research using the internet for various tasks.
6. Candidate
should be able to create Video Presentation with Voice over.
7. Candidate
should be able to use MS Project for project planning.
8. Candidate
should be able to use MS Visio for designing process flows.
9. Candidate
should know Business Intelligence Tools such as Google Data Studio.
10. Candidate
should have the ability to learn new software, which can be, used internally
(Adaptability).
PART II: Business
1. Candidate
should be able to draft a good proposal.
2. Candidate
should be able to draft a letter.
3. Candidate
should have sound knowledge of Sales Forecasting, Market Research and Analysis.
4. Candidate
should know Customer Life Cycle Management.
5. Candidate
should know Software Life Cycle Management.
6. Candidate
should have knowledge about Digital Product Development Life Cycle and Design
Thinking.
PART III: Digital Marketing
1. Candidate
should know basic concepts of Digital Marketing, SEO, etc.
2. Candidate
should have knowledge about all social media tools and marketing through them.
PART IV: Quality and IPR
1. Candidate
should have knowledge about ISO 9001, ISO 27000, Lean Management, etc.
2. Candidate
should know the concept of Intellectual Property Rights.
PART V: People Skills
1. Candidate
should have the ability to solve problems with the relevant thought process.
2. Critical
Skill – Observation - It is necessary for a candidate to be able to observe
rather than just come to conclusions.
3. Candidate
should have business meeting etiquette.
4. Candidate
should be able to manage time.
5. Candidate
should possess good listening Skills.
6. Candidate
should have the ability to speak effectively in public (at conferences/ at a
seminar/ at a gathering of learners, etc).
7. Candidate
should be a Team Player and should have Leadership Abilities.
8. Candidate
should be Innovative and should have Creative Thinking skills, Divergent
thinking and good Negotiation Skills.
9. Candidate
should have Logical Reasoning, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
10. Candidate
should be able to mentor the assistants/colleagues.

Stage 2: Hands-on Test and Final Interview
Final Interview and Hands-on test will be conducted on
Thursday or Friday 9th or 10th February
2023. Hands-on will be based on Part I: tools mentioned in stage 1 above.
This test will be conducted at OKCL’s Bhubaneswar office.
Process Details
- Required
Documents for Stage 2: The candidate invited for the
hands-on test and interview should bring along with him/her the original
copies of all mark sheets, Certificates and other credentials as well as
an original copy of the proof of identity.
- Opportunity
for seeking orientation about OKCL: Interactions with
the OKCL HRD Team on the day of the hands-on test and interview.
- Declaration
of Result and Offer of Traineeship: Within 10 Working
Days from the completion of the Interview Process.
Compensation Details
The annual CTC for Management Trainees is Rs 4,98,960/-.

- Candidates
are requested to submit only one form while registering and thereby create

lead to disqualification.

online test can be taken only once. No re-attempts will be allowed under
any circumstances.
- If
any candidate is found indulging in any malpractice during the recruitment
process, s/he would be immediately disqualified from the recruitment
process.
