Inviting applications for the role of a Domain Trainee, Cash Apps

We are looking for a Collections Representative who would be responsible for managing all collection and dispute resolution activities in accounts receivable and related settlement processes.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Cash & Collection domain.

• Account Setup and maintenance, Premium application, reinstatement, renewal of payment received from policy holders
• Backbeat and cancellation of polices in case of payment made by policy holder get bounce
• Respond to email /phone queries related to disputed cases
• Research and analyze the disputes/deductions in ERP
• Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/ info for dispute/deductions /resolution
• Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation enhancements
• Daily reporting of individual portfolios to track and monitor the past dues and pending items
• Implement strategy to reduce turnaround time on Research and resolving issues in a manner to expedite all cases in order to avoid any adverse customer impact
• Work as a team player to process any adhoc request in a timely manner.
• Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external stakeholders’ inquiries quickly, effectively and professionally.
• Escalate problems to senior staff members and or management as appropriate.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• B.Com Graduate
• Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)
• High Energy level

Preferred qualifications

• Ability to learn ERP systems
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Good conceptual knowledge and experience in insurance cash application activities preferred
