Technology Solutions engages
cross-functionally with other technical / engineering teams to define product
quality requirements (quality figures, CTQ, acceptance criteria), determine
hardware and software design direction, develop concepts, drive production
processes and test prototypes.
Plans, Conducts and documents
thorough quality-control tests to ensure that hardware and software operates
properly, is defect-free, robust, and meets specified standards and end-user
requirements.

Analyzes and performs tests to
reproduce and resolve problems. Reports progress on QA project status and
problem resolution to leadership. Develops test methods and tools to automate
and harmonize test procedures as needed. Drives continual process improvements
in the evolution of testing procedures and test coverage for future
replication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gains familiarity with Quality Engineering
concepts, principles and methodologies.
- With guidance, performs standard Quality
Engineering duties, including:
- Collecting and analyzing product,
manufacturing and other relevant data for performing tests,
- Assisting with test setup,
- Assisting with development and execution of
quality control tests,
- Creating defect analysis reports,
- Working with technical colleagues to develop
resolution plans,
- Following up to ensure issue resolution.
- Gains understanding of design, development and
related processes from end-to-end.
- Develops and updates required quality
documentation.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
