  • The visual design job will involve designing company communication such as websites, product cartons, product videos, and merchandising.
  • A flair for writing will be useful.  

 

What is the Hiring Process for Hawkins Off Campus Drive?


The shortlisted candidates will be sent a physical product and a design brief for a new product a week before the interview. In the interview, we will discuss the candidate’s views on the design of the existing product and the candidate’s response to the design brief on a new product. These discussions will be in a group environment and may be conducted virtually or physically depending upon the conditions prevailing at the time of this exercise.
