We have an exciting
opportunity to join our growing India Team as a Business Analyst for an
Internship until end of March 2023 . Within the Country Management team’s, the
role’s mission is to guide and support the local retail performance and
business development. To achieve this, the role will ensure network development
and optimization, monitors and steers the Maison’s performance indicators,
designs and implements strategies and policies as well as activates and
animates the commercial governance, with the ultimate goal to develop business
and gain market shares.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Sales Planning
- Support the internal sales planning processes
in place at Cartier (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Coordinate the consolidation of market’s
submissions, ensure a proper communication and sharing of information
within stakeholders
- Ensure the maintenance and evolution of the
sales planning tools, work on enhancements with the guidance of the
Country manager
Business Analytics
- Follow the sales evolution through various
angles, provides insights to central audience on latest trends impacting
the business
- Comment the overall performance of the Maison
and take part in the preparation of global sales performance reviews
- Be a key contact to dig in some aspects of the
sales performance and conduct ad hoc analysis in collaboration with other
members of the team
Data Quality, Solutions &
Continuous Improvement
- Contributes to the proper use of data systems,
and ensures their proper understanding with the following main
responsibilities:
- Support in the evolution of solutions
involving the Cartier Client data ecosystem
- Contribution to the adoption of tools and
systems (clienteling application, SalesForce Service Cloud, SalesForce
Marketing Cloud, SAP...) for office and shop profiles
Analysis, Reporting &
Dashboards
Exploitation and
transformation of data in order to feed business needs:
- Preparation of weekly estimates & comments
by boutique
- Regular reports for the partner network
- Analysis of sell in & sell out performance
to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor stock management performance of each
boutique & propose action plans if required
- Conduct product availability checks and
involvement in order management when needed to support Sales
Administrators & Area Sales Managers
- Participation in the creation of 360°
dashboards
- Optimization and monitoring of existing
customer dashboards (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud,
Power BI)
- Carrying out ad-hoc analyses with other
departments in order to support customer centricity approaches (loyalty,
cross-sell, repurchase journey, etc.)
- Regular reporting on the status of the customer
base (Recruitment, contactability, etc ...)
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- The successful candidate will have a strong
analytical mindset and skills. S/he should be able to master time
management, prioritize activities and should be comfortable to work with
short deadlines.
- Master degree in business, engineering,
economics or finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical
environment
- Excellent mastering of the MS Office suite
- Knowledge in Anaplan, Looker a plus
- Fluent in English
