Overview of role:
The talent attraction market in India continues to
transform and be an increasingly competitive landscape. The demand for talent
has never been greater, which makes the role of employer branding fundamental
to differentiate EY. We are seeking an Employer Brand specialist to join the
marketing team to lead on creative and innovative employer branding activities.
The individual will be responsible for the design and delivery of recruitment
marketing campaigns to help attract the best and most diverse talent into our
growing Consulting business.
This role requires innovative content creation and new
media channel management experience. Creative storytelling and visualization to
drive social media campaigns targeting young talent is an added advantage.
Reports to:
Reporting to the Consulting Brand, Marketing and
Communication Leader, this is a hands-on role working on marketing campaigns to
support our talent attraction strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute
to the India Consulting business’ talent attraction strategy to further
enhance and build on EY’s employer brand.
- Must
demonstrate an advanced understanding of employer brand – including
audience mindset, messaging, creative and implementation.
- Help
define our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) messaging, and leverage that
to create recruitment messaging that successfully tells our story to
candidates and alumni.
- Collaborate
with Human resources to design and deliver campus and
off-campus talent attraction campaigns from idea generation through
to launch.
- Manage
our social media channels with content; create and gather content and
drive engagement across all target areas.
- Strong
story-telling abilities to find and craft employee stories and bring them
to life across media channels.
- Plan
and execute digital and social media attraction campaigns.
- Lead-in
the creation of creative careers content (static and multimedia) for our
social media channels, on-campus and virtual talent attraction and
engagement initiatives. Creation of careers content refers to the
preparation of briefs, copy and liaising with creative designers.
- Use
qualitative and quantitative analytical/metrics tools to analyze data and
generate insights for our attraction campaigns and social media channels.
- Build
relationships with a range of stakeholders, from the business leaders,
talent and recruitment teams, campus representatives, design teams
including graphic designer and videographers and broader employee
influence groups.
- Utilize
your project management and organizational skills to manage marketing
large events in support of our experienced/ lateral hire and student
teams.
Knowledge, Competency and Skill Requirements:
- Strong
communication skills.
- Impeccable
writing skills, including researching, eye for detail, an engaging
copywriter.
- Excellent
project management skills from planning to measuring success
- Ability
to collaborate successfully within a highly matrixed operating
environment.
- Strong
interpersonal skills to efficiently manage the multiple internal
relationships and interdependencies across the firm.
- Comfortable
with ambiguity and able to learn quickly.
- Prior
experience in employer branding gained either within an agency or at a
large corporate.
