Atlassian can hire people in any country where we

time zone overlap with your team, you can choose to work remotely or return to

eligible candidates for this role who are located in Karnataka, Telangana,

On your
first day, we’ll expect you to:
- Have a background in
full cycle campus recruitment.
- Have exposure to
designing an effective employee referral program in early careers or
experienced hiring space.
- Work well on a team –
willing to roll up your sleeves and be excited to contribute to all
aspects of the early career and grad experience.
- Develop detailed campus
recruiting plans with clearly defined objectives, outcomes and sourcing
strategies.
- Manage relationships at
targeted schools, student organizations and conferences.
- Collaborate with key
stakeholders and early talent-hiring managers to develop and drive
recruiting strategies and results.
- Develop and maintain the
campus recruiting dashboards, and report insights regularly.
- Solid attention to
detail with strong organizational and planning skills.
It’s
great, but not required if you have:
- Experience with
expanding sourcing channels to create balanced talent pools.
- Familiarity with our
relevant tools and programs (e.g. Lever)
