Hiring Candidate for the position of Global SCM Process Analyst for Bangalore

Your Role:
- Ensure compliance with SCM Enterprise Operating
System and related policies/processes and category and product line
strategies
- Support Procurement Tactical tasks such as
creating and updating SAP via RPD forms for Purchase Orders and Scheduling
Agreements, supporting PR to PO process; including communication with
different process stakeholders; in a timely manner and assuring process
excellence
- Management of Scheduling Agreements, Nomination
letters, Frame Contracts (DSPA), Purchase Orders and more, including
documentation updating and tracking
- Savings management – creating, updating and
tracking saving initiatives in ECIP
- Support sourcing process by managing sourcing
requests and projects, including tracking, creating, updating (process
checklists, quotes) and following up with suppliers and internal
stakeholders
- Responsible for following up on SCRs and EOLs,
price/ invoice clarification, preparing and tracking Cancellation Claims,
MCA requests, support benchmarks
- Ensure continuous operational excellence of
purchased material, management of suppliers, cross functional
relationships within and external to the product line for program success
- Assure quality, control & compliance to
rules and procedures
- Cooperate with a team and create new processes
and procedures
- Identify and drive improvement projects,
including process mapping and problem solving

Your Background:
- BA
degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business/Finance
Management, Process Management or similar relevant subjects
- Minimum
3 years of experience in cross-functional supply chain/procurement area
(automotive experience ideal)
- Good
SAP knowledge (user experience/knowledge, reporting etc.) especially
related to operational automotive procurement processes
- Practical experience in being part of a
team/responsible for specific part of the process related to Request for
Purchasing Document (RPD), Nomination letters and Frame contracts (DSPA)
processes
- Excellent English
- Lean/Six Sigma/Value Stream Mapping or Problem
Solving experience a plus, with a passion for process development &
continuous improvement
- Good supplier management/relationship skills
