Your Role:

• Ensure compliance with SCM Enterprise Operating System and related policies/processes and category and product line strategies
• Support Procurement Tactical tasks such as creating and updating SAP via RPD forms for Purchase Orders and Scheduling Agreements, supporting PR to PO process; including communication with different process stakeholders; in a timely manner and assuring process excellence
• Management of Scheduling Agreements, Nomination letters, Frame Contracts (DSPA), Purchase Orders and more, including documentation updating and tracking
• Savings management – creating, updating and tracking saving initiatives in ECIP
• Support sourcing process by managing sourcing requests and projects, including tracking, creating, updating (process checklists, quotes) and following up with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Responsible for following up on SCRs and EOLs, price/ invoice clarification, preparing and tracking Cancellation Claims, MCA requests, support benchmarks
• Ensure continuous operational excellence of purchased material, management of suppliers, cross functional relationships within and external to the product line for program success
• Assure quality, control & compliance to rules and procedures
• Cooperate with a team and create new processes and procedures
• Identify and drive improvement projects, including process mapping and problem solving

Your Background:

• BA degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business/Finance Management, Process Management or similar relevant subjects
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cross-functional supply chain/procurement area (automotive experience ideal)
• Good SAP knowledge (user experience/knowledge, reporting etc.) especially related to operational automotive procurement processes
• Practical experience in being part of a team/responsible for specific part of the process related to Request for Purchasing Document (RPD), Nomination letters and Frame contracts (DSPA) processes
• Excellent English
• Lean/Six Sigma/Value Stream Mapping or Problem Solving experience a plus, with a passion for process development & continuous improvement
• Good supplier management/relationship skills
