Description

- Actively Provide Workforce technology support
to diagnose the main root cause of incidents and also document the
requirements to resolve the problems identified

escalation and also properly document the requirements to next level
support.

Eligibility Criteria
- Have the Ability to establish and maintain
effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
- Must be A tangible desire and curiosity to seek
out and also learn new and innovative ways to manage and solve complex
challenges
- Have Strong communication skills (written &
verbal) and a collaborative, and also team-oriented approach to work are a
must, as is a comfort level working in a fast-paced, and federated
environment that embraces innovation and experimentation
- Must be Dependable and flexible with work
hours, including nights and weekends as required
- You will Requires no previous professional
experience with an Associates degree in Computer Science, or a related
