  • This role would be part of the B2C sales function for their India and International Business Groups. You woulddrive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting.
  • Work on the Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
  • You will be Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan working towards reaching the assigned goals
  • Proactively identifying cross-selling opportunities with the existing customers.
  • Understand the customer requirement and work to pass on the insights towards theproduct portfolio improvement that are based on the customer interaction 
  • Work on Key Account Management 
  • Create New account development
  • Actively Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned Products Or geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction

  • Work on Inbound and Outbound customer calls and convert them into sales
  • Responsible to highly Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases
  • Day to day Research on different tools to increase the company sales and business opportunities
  • Work to Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing product
  • Take Regular follow up with all new and existing customers

  • Having Prior experience in EdTech or Education is preferred but not a mandate.
  • Must have Willingness to go the extra mile to meet revenue targets.
  • Have the Ability to work under a high pressure environment. 
  • Possess Strong Interpersonal skills.
  • Must be Passionate about a career in Sales. 
  • Must be Very Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and also exceeding business targets
  • Possess Good communications skills both in English & Hindi.
  • Have Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, and passion for selling services of value 
  • Possess strong Ability to do multitask at a time along with problem-solve and manage client relationships 
  • Have Experience in preparing and presenting presentations 
  • Possess Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills 
  • Must have Strong desire to make cold calls, prospect & also qualify leads at the C-level and line management levels 
  • Candidates Should have experience in building database, database management 
  • Working Experience in conducting a comparative study of various market products, and performing market analysis 
  • Can Build and maintain a strong working relationship with functional heads and directors to identify target markets, campaigns, and tradeshows
