Description
- This
role would be part of the B2C sales function for their India and
International Business Groups. You would
drive
the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations
& reporting.
- Work
on the Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
- You
will be Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan working towards
reaching the assigned goals
- Proactively
identifying cross-selling opportunities with the existing customers.
- Understand
the customer requirement and work to pass on the insights towards the
product
portfolio improvement that are based on the customer interaction
- Work
on Key Account Management
- Create
New account development
- Actively
Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned
Products Or geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction

on Inbound and Outbound customer calls and convert them into sales

opportunities
- Work
to Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing
product
- Take
Regular follow up with all new and existing customers

Criteria
- Having
Prior experience in EdTech or Education is preferred but not a mandate.
- Must

have Strong desire to make cold calls, prospect & also qualify leads
at the C-level and line management levels
- Candidates
Should have experience in building database, database management
- Working
Experience in conducting a comparative study of various market products,
and performing market analysis
- Can
Build and maintain a strong working relationship with functional heads and
directors to identify target markets, campaigns, and tradeshows
