The Position
Management Trainee
Job Summary
Responsible for providing support to the Talent
Acquisition & Learning & Development process for Imerys India. As
an Operational Support to Talent Acquisition Lead & Learning &
Development Lead, support and execute deployment of the various processes viz, Talent
Sourcing, acquisition, on boarding, coordination of training, Employee
engagement for Imerys India.

Execute & deliver specific projects assigned if any
within the HR function.
- Talent
Sourcing & Acquisition:
- Create
and publish job ads in various portals
- Source
profiles through various channels, job portals, internal database, social
networking, head – hunting etc.
- Screen
resumes and job applications
- Conduct
initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Coordinate
interviews with the hiring manager
- Track
hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Follow
up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Performing
reference and background checks for the finalised candidates
- Induction
& On-boarding:
- On
time completion of Joining formalities
- Conducting
Inductions as per plan
- Ensuring
successful completion of probation period of the employee by tracking the
performance with the support of the hiring manager
- Employer
Branding:
- Provide
support in executing the various Employer Branding initiatives to attract
talent
- Being
the first POC for prospective employees, communicate employer
information, benefits and other information during screening process to
attract talent
- Learning
& Development:
- Provide
support for various learning & development interventions
- Track
progress on - programs offered, nomination vs participation, overall
coverage, tracking feedback
- Compile
training evaluations and provide organized reports
- Manage
/ maintain requisite training records
- Employee
Engagement:
- Provide
support in various Engagement initiatives
- Drive
Fun@Work activities at Nagpur office.
Education and Experience requirements
- MBA/PGD
in Human Resources; MPMIR, MSW, MLS
- Fresher
or upto 2 years’ experience
- Familiarity
with industry best practices and standards

environment.
