About Wipro SCS role: –

• The Setup Configuration Specialist (SCS) responsible for configuring and testing Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System to meet the needs    of our clients’ requirements. Configuring involves using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA System as defined by      analysis.

• Testing involves the preparation of test cases and test data and execution of test activities based on the direction from the SA. This role is designed as an entry-        level position for applicants with strong skill sets in programming logic, systems configuration, and testing related to systems that support human resource                functions.

Other Terms and Condition of the Training and on-boarding: –

Compensation	3.30 LPA Designation – Associate Analyst
Eligibility	Aggregate 55% in Graduation No pending backlogs (Candidates will be excluded from training if any backlog are found) Only below streams of B.Tech  and MCA(Only 2022 passing out) are eligible ·         CS, IT,ECE ·         All Electronics & related branches (instrumentation, telecommunication etc.) ·         All Electrical & related branches ·         Mechanical Engineering ·         Civil Engineering ·         Biotechnology ·         Chemical Engineering
Service Agreement	12 Months (Rs75000) will start from Date of on-boarding @ Wipro
Training details	* Training will be conducted by NIIT through Virtual Mode (SKYPE/ MS TEAMS/ZOOM) * Training duration – 20 Days to 30 days (basis domain you are hired for), Approx. 8 Hour per day (Mon to Sat) *The training is free for Selected candidates. *All candidates must have a functional laptop and a stable internet connection with minimum 15 to 20 MBPS speed. *No stipend to be provided during training *No leaves allowed during training
Shift Time	Rotational Shift as per business requirement
Working Day @ Wipro	5 days working at WIPRO from  Monday to Friday
Working location	Delhi NCR or CHENNAI
BGV and offer Docs	All Academic documents, address proof,pan card and Adhar card
Transport	Shuttle – Nodal pick up (Day)/Home drop(night) once office resumes When you asked to come to office as per business requirement then
Other terms and condition	In case of WFH, employees would work on the Company Provided Machines (Desktop) Employees can be asked to work from office anytime (Non-Compliance to it would lead to disciplinary actions) Employee should be in NCR (relocate on or before the DOJ) irrespective that they are in WFO or WFH mode
Hiring Zone	All trainees must reside in hiring zone of all work locations, Employee should be in NCR (relocate on or before the DOJ) irrespective that they are in WFO or WFH mode
Relocation	Employees should be in NCR (Under service zone) before their Wipro on-boarding irrespective that they are doing Work fromOffice or Work From Home. (Non-Compliance to it would lead to disciplinary actions)

Detailed Information about all the requirements and other needful for the Job Profile is mentioned below:

1. Technical Skills:

• Understanding of the ideas and concepts of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of both simple and complex SQL queries
• Writes SQL queries that are intermediate.

2. Communication and Excellence:

• Communication abilities that are exceptional (Oral, written and listening ability). .

3. Bond:

• Yes, a 12-month service agreement is required.

4. Important Note:

• Virtual Mode (SKYPE/ MS TEAMS/ZOOM) would be used to train all of the shortlisted candidates.
• This program will last approximately 8 hours each day for 6 to 7 weeks.
• Candidates are not required to pay for the training.
• All candidates must have a fully functional laptop and a solid internet connection of at least 15 to 20 megabits per second.
• During training, there will be no compensation.
