YOUR ROLE
§ Defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy,
including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan (TP) and identifies business
opportunities, steers business development budgets for agreed accounts and
defined objectives.
§ Drives and rolls-out customer approvals and pushes upstream
solution selling and develops & maintains sustainable and long-term
relationships with key accounts, key executives, and sponsors.
§ Implements new customer acquisition plans for chain and prestige
accounts and defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures
fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy.
§ Steers and supports internal resources to execute account strategy
and analyzes financial KPIs and proactively steers key account business.
§ Shall be responsible for timely and accurate administration tasks
supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.
YOUR SKILLS
§ Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
§ Engineering Graduate + MBA preferred. Other degrees also acceptable
with relevant experience.
§ Should have working exposure into Packaging & Labeling
industry, Carton, Ink Suppliers, Adhesive RM suppliers / Distributors etc.
§ Should be energetic, hungry to grow and a go getter and must have
flair for good written & spoken English language; spoken Hindi.
§ Good sales & commercial acumen with flair for interpersonal
relationship management.
