Enablement
Services (ES):
GDS Enablement Services is a fast-growing vertical that provides a wide
range of Core Business Services such as Markets Services, Finance and
Accounting Services, IT Services, Risk Management Services, Talent Services,
Creative Agency Services, Administration and Workplace Services, Procurement Services
and Learning Solution Services. The vertical takes care of portfolio ranging
across domains, works with global clients, uses cutting edge technologies and
enterprise level tools. §Quality of work and diversified role are the key focus areas at GDS ES.

Program and Role
Details:
- 12-18 month
Organizational Capabilities Development Program (OCDP) providing an
opportunity to play a key role in the ES Program Management Office
- Transition to other
strategic project teams within ES post completion of the OCDP program
- Work with the ES Executive
Management in shaping ES strategy, design and structure across various
functions
- Leading and managing
strategic projects for ES starting with defining project goals, tenets and
success measures, building project plans, and driving execution through to
completion
- The candidate must
possess proficient oral and written communication skills with the ability
to tailor communications to senior leadership
- Ability to prioritize
and meet tight deadlines on multiple high-profile projects
- Demonstrated ability to
think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
- Excellent interpersonal
skills and ability to collaborate effectively with peers/ teams across
geographic locations, service lines, and service functions
- Ability to create
project plans, project charters, and send regular updates / reports on the
project status
- Enable consolidation of
relevant project related information, KPIs for review with the Executive
Management
- Excellent
problem-solving skills, strong commitment to quality and a self-motivated
learning ability
- Consistent
client-focused with an eye for detail, ability to handle potential
conflicts and manage any potential risks
- Bring an outside in
perspective and novel ideas based on academics and previous
experience
Additional Attributes:
- Working knowledge of
Program Management tools such as MS Access, MS Project, MS Planner etc.
- Familiar with Scrum and
agile frameworks and techniques for program management - PMP, Prince 2, or
Agile/Scrum certifications will be an added advantage – Basic Knowledge
- Basic data analytics /
visualization skillset (Tableau/ PowerBi) will be an added advantage –
Basic Knowledge
Education &
Experience:
- Master’s degree in
Management (MBA/ PGDM/ PGDBM) from a Tier 1 B-School
- Preferred
specialization in operations or strategy
- 1-3 years of overall
corporate experience
- Excellent knowledge of
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 2019 or 2020 batch
