 Wells Fargo Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate should have at least 60% or 6.5 GPA over the academics to get into the recruitment process.
  • To sit in the recruitment drive candidate should have graduation in B.Tech/ MCA/ MBA/ M.Tech with Computer Science domain or any related domain.

Well Fargo Selection Process

Candidate should pass the eligibility criteria for going further with the recruitment process. This selection process is divided into 4 major parts and every part has a different selection criterion for the candidate. Every round is an elimination round.

Online Test Round: It is the first step of the selection process where candidate have to face online test having questions over the aptitude, basic match, algorithm and logical. To get clear this exam candidate should pass this test with minimum 45%.

Group Discussion Round: After clearing the previous round candidate will enter in this GD round, in which they have to speak out their thoughts loud and convince everyone on their point to get selected and for moving further with the selection process.

Technical Interview Round: Candidate will be examining on the technical knowledge and coding skills purely. For this candidate should prepare with the domain subject and coding languages for clearing the technical interview round.

HR Interview Round: This will be the last round of the selection process where candidate will be interviewed against the HR on the basis of communication skills and enthusiasm.
