What will you do?
- Configure/deploy
the Richpanel products and drive to 100% adoption at a rapid pace, by
working closely with customers and as needed with product and technology
teams
- Manage
concurrent multiple projects from discovery to full adoption, drawing on
deep understanding of both product features/functions and customer's jobs
to be done
- Own the
customer’s business objectives and expected value and be creative in
adopting the standard product, while identifying any custom and future
capabilities that will maintain our product leadership
- Help the
company rapidly scale by taking leadership in the development of standard
processes and procedures for delivering POCs, product launches, product
adoptions & upgrades.
- Collect and
manage based on key data on SLA performance, customer value delivered, and
competitive differentiators
What are we looking for?
- You have a
degree in engineering and 1+ years of work experience in SaaS or Software
or Ecommerce or Customer Service/Support Engineering
- Demonstrated
success in working in a customer facing environment in any technical role,
with basic knowledge of tools like HTML, CSS, Javascript etc
- You have a
strong desire to understand the business context and the solution skills
needed to translate between product functionalities and customer needs.
- Comfortable
working in a startup culture and taking accountability for deliverables
- You invest
time in learning and enjoy being the go to expert on products and customers’
business needs
