The Role :

knowledge of business analysis, experience in elicitation techniques and
competent in gathering and articulating requirements.

explore customer needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative
solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate

Good to Have :
o Leverage data and
insights to develop and execute, the design, delivery and optimisation of ECM
campaigns
o Reviewing campaign
performance and identify optimisation opportunities and plans
o Deliver customer centric
communication solutions that create impact and deliver effective results
o Champion brand and proof
point integration to deliver strategically and creatively aligned work
o Knowledge of change
analysis tasks and techniques
o Design change management
strategies that integrate the needs of our Bankers and Customers and maximise
business value
o Apply change management
practices and continue to improve approach based on feedback loops
