HCL TSS hiring for HCL Technologies Student Campus Recruitment for 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015 batches in E-max Group of Institutions, Ambala on 21 August, 2015 (Friday)

HCL Training & Staffing Services, an in-house training and staffing arm of HCL Corporation and HCL Technologies. HCL TSS aims to enable fresh graduates and engineers to launch successful careers in Information Technology through its unique business model.

HCL LEAP PROGRAM

HCL LEAP Program is a 6 month, full time, residential training program which addresses critical skills required for desired transformation from student to a best-in-class professional, enabling the learner to launch careers in Application Support & Maintenance, Testing and Networking & Infrastructure Management. In the past 2 years, over 1200 graduates have successfully completed the program and are now deployed in HCL Technologies.

 HCL LEAP Program consists of a 3 month on-campus class room training and a 3 month on-job training module. The campus module is conducted at our world-class learning center at Manesar (near Gurgaon).    

                                  

Job Description

•  Designation: Associate Graduate Engineer Trainee & Associate Graduate Trainee

•  Stipend: INR 5000 per Month during the On the Job Training (OJT)

•  Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and NCR

•  Salary: Annual CTC of INR 2 Lacs per annum; to be increased substantially on Probation Confirmation

•   Certifications during the Training Period (Industry Recognized Certifications) :

Networking : CCNA                                    

Windows : MCSA

Testing : ISTQB                                             

Linux : RHCSA

Software Applications :ITIL 2011             

SQL: MCTS

Eligibility

·                        BE/ BTech (CS, IT, ECE ), M.Tech, MCA with an Aggregate of min 55% and above in Class X, XII and 60% above in degree or equivalent.

·                        BSc (IT/ CS/ Physics) and BCA with an Aggregate of min 55% and above in Class X, XII and 60% above in graduation

Program Fees: Selected Students need to pay INR 1,00,000*(40k as seat confirmation and 60k on the day of joining) at the start of the training program and the balance fee of INR 50,000* need to be paid in 15 installments starting from first month of employment with HCL TSS.(*applicable taxes extra)

All details are also given on our website www.emax.edu.in Important Instructions           Step 1 : Report at the Counter mentioned in your confirmation email before 10 AM.

Step 2 : Show photocopies of all the DMC’s to the Counter Representative.

Step 3 : Tell him your 10 digit registered mobile number / email address . Counter Representative will assign you a Process Identification Number written on a Slip

Step 4: In all your rounds of interview, you will be called by the Process Identification Number.

Step 5 : Results of rounds will be displayed on Result Board / Screen  using Process Identification Number.

Step 6 :  After getting your process Identification Number proceed to Seminar Hall

Step 7 : Company HR will interact with appearing Candidates.

Lunch time will be from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.

The selection process is a single day process and final selections / short listings will be declared by the evening.
