Job Description
The role will be to work with a database of clients that are
a mixture of existing, dormant and new contacts and get involved in all aspects
of the lead generation including
building and maintaining your own business pipelines.
Responsibilities
•
Make telephone calls to prospects
•
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made
and results achieved
•
Understand and manage personal performance on a
daily basis
•
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our
clients products and services and the
·
objectives of specific campaigns
•
Maintain confidentiality
•
Act as a representative of the client and
represent their interests at all times
•
Use company script guidelines appropriately and
follow detailed briefs to conduct calls.
•
Provide feedback and input to script and copy
development
•
Record details of opportunities and lead notes
Candidate Requirements
•
Should have Excellent Communication Skills and
Convincing Power. Fluent in English
& Hindi
•
Outbound calling or customer service experience
•
Excellent communication skills & Convincing
Power.
•
Fluent in
English, Hindi and strong telephone manners.
•
Proven track record in a lead generation.
•
Good attention to details.
•
Computer literate and experience in database
navigation.
•
Knowledge of the IT industry an advantage.
•
Ability to write detailed follow up notes for
business reporting.
•
Mature attitude with a capability to discuss
business issues.
•
Confident, self motivated and commission driven.
•
Friendly personality and team player.
•
Explain the customers - based on product offers
/ benefits.
•
Promoting the products.
•
Customer follow-up.
•
Feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel).
