Job Description

·         Strong cold calling and prospecting skills on the phone and in person.

·         Ability to provide clear & effective information via phone.

·         Generate prospective leads for the sales team.

·         Comfortable in talking to people and also a good listener.

·         Handle Customer queries.

·         Excellent business writing skills.

·         Explain the customers - based on product offers / benefits.

·         Promoting the products.

·         Customer follow-up.

·         Feedback - mails/phones (communication channel).

Skills Required

·         Good convincing power

·         Self-motivated and capable of making commitments

·         Setting priorities to deliver results on time

·         Fluency in English, Hindi and Punjabi

·         Punctual and dedicated.

·         Have a fire in the belly to succeed.
