Job Responsibilities for PIU Technicians:
Job Profile
·         Repair of electrical and electronic components, familiarity with different types of Automation equipments (for ex PIU, IPMS, etc) will be an added advantage.
·         Do the setting and calibration of electrical and electronic components.
·         Do Preventive maintenance of PIU installed at sites.
·         Do Breakdown maintenance of PIU installed at sites.
Responsibilities
·         Take care of around 100 to 150 sites assigned in a respective area.
·         Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown call to be closed within SLA. Understand SLA & KPI's (to know the financial impact of not doing any activity at the field or doing wrongly)
·         Maintain cordial relationship with customer.
·         Should know how to fill Field Service Report (FSR) correctly and take sign-off from customer.
·         Should ensure that spare consumption is low for sites assigned.
·         Should report daily call closure to his manager (Cluster Incharge)
·         Ensure that he has requisite spares to execute his job smoothly
·         Understand various processes at ACME and follow then as per guidelines given.
·         Marking of attendance and leaves
·         Understand what GEMC/NOC is and how it can help technician
·         Closing Calls in portal
·         Spare consumption, entry and issue of spares
·         Identifying and reporting of Pull through opportunities
·         Installation and Commissioning
·         Usability of OMEGA portal, E-code, CMS stock code.  
·         Reporting HR issues in I-Touch

Job Responsibilities for AC Technicians:
Job Profile
·         Repair of AC, familiarity with different types of ACs will be an added advantage.
·         Fill gas / Refrigerant, change compressor and check electrical wirings of AC.
·         Do the setting and calibration of controllers
·         Do Preventive maintenance of AC installed at sites.
·         Do Breakdown maintenance of AC installed at sites.

Responsibilities
·         Take care of around 100 to 150 sites assigned in a respective area.

Essential Requirements for Fitment
