About Us:
The IKYA Recruitment Certification initiative was launched in March,2013 and our first programme was delivered in partnership with the WE School, Bombay. The primary aim of the programme is to familiarize students specializing in HR with the finer aspects of and practical approach to recruitment. This is the first time that a business organization like IKYA is investing 36 hours of its senior executives’ time in teaching the course along with the practical work.
