JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Function: The Associate Content Analyst
will provide support to the Global DSS team in facilitating knowledge
management and collaboration. Key areas of support will include all areas of
content management like review, publishing, curation and analysis of the
organizations knowledge assets.Brief Job Description:
Review, publish, monitor and archive content in the DSS knowledge repositories
Build and manage sites in the DSS knowledge and collaboration portal on SharePoint
Build, monitor, moderate and manage the Communities of Practice (CoPs) within DSS
Support SharePoint training and communication initiatives
Create and analyze portal usage reports

Education Qualification & Years of Experience required:
Masters or Bachelors degree in areas such as library sciences, business management, journalism, communication, information design or related field
Approximately 0-2 years of work experience in a content management role in a reputed consulting organization
Minimum Skills Required:
Strong communication skill and excellent written English skills
Proficiency in MS-Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Eye for detail
Self-Starter, conscientious and ability to work to deadlines
Ability to work with team members remotely, and build strong relationships to effectively support the DSS business
Experience in working with web tools/platforms like Microsoft SharePoint
Knowledge of concepts like Taxonomy, Metadata, Web Analytics, Search optimization and Information architecture
Basic knowledge of web languages like HTML, CSS and XML is preferable
Additional foreign language skills, other than English would be an added advantage
Education:UG -B.B.A - Management, B.A - Journalism, Communication
PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, M.A - Journalism, Communication
