We are looking for experienced and fresher PHP programmers having good experience and good working knowledge of Core PHP or Magento and other related skills. Fresher candidates may join us as a Trainee or Junior Developer for 1 year and then can be assigned as Software Engineers with Ably Soft Pvt. Ltd.

Salary for Experienced: -

Salary -- 10,000/- to 45, 000/-

Experience – 1 to 6 years
Increment – after every 6 months

1st Month - ZERO
2nd to 12 Month - 10,000 INR

Job Profile & Responsibilities:-

We are looking for highly talented, motivated and driven individuals with a genuine passion for web technologies. With good knowledge of CORE PHP with one or more open source technologies like Joomla, Wordrpress or Magento with excellent command on PHP and MySQL using MVC Architecture.

You will be responsible for developing high quality web applications like custom programmed Content Management Systems, online communities, e-commerce solutions and open source scripts.

Job Description
·         Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.

·         Interact with clients for their technical requirements

·         Direct and online marketing of web based software applications

·         Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills

·         Writing proposals, RFP, RFI responses for prospects and clients & close deals

·         Should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry), Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Web Design & Web Application Development

·         Should be able to manage & coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid

·         Should have excellent written and communication skills

·         Meeting targets of the team and responsible for the performance of the team. 

·         Conduct knowledge sharing session with the team once a week.

·         Guide, mentor and give on the job training to the juniors.

·         Prepare the monthly target report and performance evaluation report of the team. Suggest methods to improve the performance of the team

·         Resource planning on monthly bases.

·         Check the quality of bids made by the team members

The candidate should be MCA, B.Tech, MBA with 1 year to 5 years of experience as Business analyst/ Project Coordinator for software services like CRM, Websites and CMS. Candidate must have thorough understanding of the web applications and website development processes. Candidate should be excellent in interpersonal relationship skills, communication skills and customer relationship management skills.

Job Description

As a Business analyst/ Project Coordinator, you will interact with your project manager and work on client projects, largely support activity involving preparation of cost estimate, project planning, vendor coordination, etc. Candidate should have knowledge in understanding the concept and execute, must have excellent presentation and communication skills, willing to learn and adopt.

·         The candidate will be responsible for post-sales Engagement Management with the clients along with the role of Business Analyst.

·         Proactively coordinating web applications and website design projects and acting as central point of contact for the project team, including client facilitators, director and project assistants.

·         Actively managing Software and Website Design project contracts to ensure projects are delivered within time and budget.

·         Coordinate between client, design team, development team and testing team.

·         Should have experience in coordinating projects with International Clients preferably overseas market.

·         Online Presentation/Demo of sample work to client.

·         Experience in requirement analysis via email and instant messengers.

·         Will be interacting with the Client regarding requirement gathering, Project Updates and Business Analysis.

·         Will be handling a team of Developers, Testers, SEO and Designer so effective project management skills are required.

·         Should be proficient in doing wire framing and SRS document for the web application projects.
