Job Description

Minimum 3-7 years of overall experience in IT with atleast 3-4 years of relevant business analysis experience in Telecom domain Should have understanding of Data Modelling, SDLC, Agile, and Business Process Flows Solution oriented approach coupled with practical knowledge of the BA discipline Ability to use questioning / interview techniques, JAD methodology, research or other tools to gather and document processes and data from a group of users or stakeholders Elicit, analyse, validate, specify, verify, and manage the business needs of the clients and stakeholders and documenting them into appropriate Business Requirement Document. Document the clients Business requirements and Change Requests into appropriately formatted Functional Requirement documents, Wire-frames / Mock Ups, Use cases, etc. Communicate effectively with clients to clarify business requirements, and work closely with the development & testing team to ensure functional understanding of the requirements. Coordinating and conducting system analysis specification walkthroughs with clients and Design/Development Team as well as Testing team. Should have worked as Business Analyst for at least one or two end-to-end project implementation in one of the functional areas such as CRM, Billing, Fulfilment and/ or Assurance domains Sound knowledge and understanding of at least one COTS product in Telecom OSS/ BSS domain Substantial client handling, client facing, client interaction experience (substantial client handling experience domestic / international clients) Understanding of Telecom Frameworks & Best Practices in the Telecom Industry (such as eTOM, TAM, NGOSS, SID etc)
