Job Profile: The candidate will be deployed as Software Engineer in the Applications Team.
Target Batch: 2014 B.E./ B. Tech (Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics and Communication)

Desired Profile:
- Minimum 60% marks in graduation
- The candidate needs to possess good communication skills
- The students should be flexible to get allocated to any of MphasiS operating locations
- The students should be flexible to take up any technology and the work timings that would be allocated to them for training and deployment there afterwards
Profile/Designation:
- First 6 months- Trainee 'Level-1'
- Post 6 months- Trainee Software Engineer 'Level-2'
CTC Details:
- The candidate will be hired at 'Level 1' for 6 months at INR 120000/-. They will remain at Level 1 for 6 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier to projects.
- The candidate will be moved to 'Level 2' after 6 months at INR 250000/-
Bond Period: 24 Months, incase of default an amount of INR 1,00,000 in full will be recovered from the employee.
Interview Process: One Round of Interview followed by Versant (Voice Assessment Test)
