Department Responsibilities: ASP production Support for
the FICO Adeptra product platforms and applications operating globally 24/7.
Position Description Roles and Responsibilities: Level 1 Operational Monitoring Engineers have a key role in supporting the monitoring, control, stability and reliability of Adeptra's production systems. The primary responsibility will be to provide production system monitoring and support and to handle, manage and escalate customer issues. Working Conditions: Shift worker working 5 shifts per week |

Experience/Qualifications:
|
Education and or Certifications: BE/B.COM and Linux
certification will be added advantage.
Experience and Quaifications: Fresh Graduates and or up-to 3 years work experience. Technical Skills and Abilities: • Experience directly working systems monitoring (Event management) processes in a production environment • Experience directly working incident management processes in production environment • Experience working within change management processes in production environment • Experience of operational support shift work in live production environment • Excellent team-player • Excellent communication skills with proven customer contact experience • Proactive, problem-solving mentality • Excellent writing skills for providing clear, concise and relevant updates • Linux/Unix systems administration skills, preferably RedHat Linux • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, security, access control • Good general knowledge of IT network infrastructure and IT communication protocols • Knowledge of ITIL best practices Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) |
