Job Description
- Debug and analyze the product issues that are escalated by the frontend support teams
- Interact with the front end tech Support teams like presales and post sales support and represent their issues to the engineering team.
- Reproduce customer issues to enable resolution by the engineering team.
- Provide input to the QA and testing teams for creating test cases .
