Job Description
- To review the service standards,
quality of Hospitality and Catering services and to ensure that the
requirement and satisfaction level of the users are met.
- Taking feedback for the services
provided to enhance continuous improvement in the Facilities and Services
offered.
- Ensuring compliance to
Hospitality and Catering procedures and requirements
- Planning of Menus, maintaining
hygiene standards.
- Organise events -Systems,
Policies and Procedures:
- To facilitate in implementing, monitoring and developing employee friendly systems and procedures for catering.

- Define SLAs and matrices for catering
- To develop, implement the employee feedback system with a view to improve the catering services.
- Vendor development -Planning and Budgeting:
- To assist in finalising the annual catering budget.
- Planning the activities for procuring equipment ,service wares as and when required for catering Menu planning and introduction of variety in the canteen.
- MIS: Periodic MIS reporting in designated formats.
- To provide the monthly reports to the HOD for the activities pertaining to Hospitality and Catering services.
- To reduce food complaints by collecting the data of actual feedbacks.
- Monthly MIS on critical hospitality issues wrt issues raised v/s resolved
- HSEF- Compliance:
- To ensure the medical assistance is available in the Hospitality and Catering facilities round the clock.
- To ensure all the Catering and HK staff are maintaining the Food and Hygiene norms as prescribed for the industry.
