Role and Responsibilities:

We are hiring for Seller Support Associate and Transaction Risk Investigator roles.

Seller Support Associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our third party sellers, providing phone and/or email support governed by internal service level agreements. The Seller Support Associate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to third party sellers on the Amazon platform and are expected to address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation and work effectively in teams.

Transaction Risk Investigator at Amazon safeguards all Amazon Marketplaces from fraudulent and abusive practices, builds trust and ensures long term buyer-seller and stakeholder satisfaction. The incumbent will need to leverage appropriate operational tools and applications to investigate issues. Shortlisted candidates will be hired as FTC (for duration of 10 months)

Skills: Amazon is looking for candidates with:

• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Comprehension and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with MS-Office, Internet Explorer
• Good typing skills.
• Willing to work in a 24*7 environment
