Job Profile
The selected students after the training will be absorbed in AON Hewitt. It is a KPO industry dealing with North American Clients.
Role: - The individual is responsible for processing all activities related to client benefits plans as set up in the system. The individual is responsible for developing an understanding of client plan provisions, identify opportunities for knowledge enhancement and deliver to high standards of quality and timeliness.Flexibility to work in shifts in a 24x5 environment (Mon to Friday 5:00 PM to 2:30AM)

Training Details
• Training will be 14 and 24 days trainnig for positions of Team Member (Operations) and Benefit Operations Administratorrespectively and it will conducted either at Gurgaon or NIIT University campus, Neemrana (Rajasthan)
• Training at Gurgaon location It is non-residential with a stipend of 3.5 K OR 5 K repectively(Depending on the profile he/she gets shortlisted for).
• Training at Neemrana (Jaipur) It is residential, with free accomodation and food. Therefore NO Stipend will be given.
