your students to get placed in our company.During first 90 days
,student will be on probation period where he/she will get Rs3000 per
month as Travelling and Calling Allowance and Rs30,000 per month for
which they have to do 2 sales every month in probation period which is
nothing but peanuts.During the 90days of  probationary period we will
evaluate your work, including your interaction with colleagues and
customers  to determine whether you are suitable for the position. At
the end of the three months  "Notification of Completed Probationary
Period about you will be prepared by your immediate supervisor stating
if you have completed the probationary period successfully. If the
probation period is completed successfully, the notification will
state that you are suitable for regular employment as a permanent
employee. During probation period ,As job is full time and requires a
full-time commitment students have agreed to work the hours
required(9hours), which may vary from time to time, in order to meet
the objectives of your position.
Students will be given offer letter by the company for the same.After
3 months if selected,they will get appointment letter by the company.
Salary package will start from 5-10lakhs after completion of probation
period.

*   Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies in line with
the company's vision, brand image and international
guidelines.Developing the efficient channel partners/Direct associates
to generate sales.   To develop and maintain relationship with the
channel partners to conduct regular sales meetings;Possess,
Identifying and networking abilities with reliable channel partners
resulting in deeper market penetration and reach; Candidate must be
presentable.

Eligibility Criteria : Graduate / MBA / BBA passing out & pass out
(2012/2013/2014 batch)
