Candidate Profile:
The candidate should be a
B.E/B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE/EIE) & BCA/MCA from Batch 2012 & 2013 with no
Backlogs at the time from any recognized university.
The candidate should be service
oriented,having technical troubleshooting skills. Should be open to work in
night shifts in a 24×7 environment.
Should have excellent
communication skills and verbal ability in English.
Should be open to relocate to
Chandigarh / Mohali in case of outstation candidates. Should have the working
knowledge of MS Office Products.
The candidate should have time
Management Skills, and should exhibit Multi-Tasking Ability. Having Computer hardware
knowledge preferable one.
Job
Description:
The
candidate will involve in Troubleshooting for technical issues and upselling
related to computers faced by Dell customer’s.
Technical Support will be primarily on
software & Hardware issues in Desktops, Laptops & other peripheral
devices.
Should work with Technical Support
Specialists to improve customer experience elements (e.g. correct solutions,
consistent procedural adherence, relating skills)
The selected candidate is responsible for
regular adjustments that contribute business metric goals.
