Job Description	MECHANICAL SURVEYORS: Graduation in Mechanical Engineering / Welding Technology / Metallurgy from any recognized University. And ASNT Certification for NDT Level II in RT, UT, MT, PT (VT is an added advantage) with 4 to 10 Years experience in Cross Country Pipeline as per API 1104, ASME B31.4 including Compressor Stations, Mainline Valve Stations etc with Piping Knowledge. Must have experience in establishment of Weld Procedures, Weld Performance Qualifications as per API 1104 and ASME Section IX. Must have the experience in interpretation of Radiography films, Weld Repair Monitoring. QC Activities of Pipelines viz., Mainline, Tie-in and Repair Welding , LPE Field Joint Coating, Holiday testing of Coating and Lowering and Pre and Post Hydro-testing. Must have the experience in Pipe-book handling, Overall Quality Coordination with Mechanical, Civil and Electrical for Pipeline activities. Must have experience in establishment of Weld Procedures, Weld Performance Qualifications as per API 1104 and ASME Section IX. Must have the Procedure Qualification of NDT, Cold Field Bending and Coating procedures and qualification of applicators. Must have the experience in interpretation of Radiography films, Weld Repair Monitoring. Monitoring Pipe-book handling. Identification of Non-Conformities. Resolution of Non-Conformities and Customer Complaints, Quality Review Meetings with Client. CIVIL SURVEYORS: Collection of approved Field Quality plans, drawings, Contract Technical specification etc for preparing QC activities at site; Organizing Testing of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, water cement for source approval; Stage inspection of construction activities as per approved Field quality plans and drawings. Final inspection & testing of finished structures & in coordination with customer for their clearance; Maintaining inspection & test reports pour cards etc.; Receipt Inspection of Cement, Reinforcement Steel, Aggregates, admixtures etc., and review of test certificates of the same. Coordination of Field testing laboratory at site and periodic testing of materials & test cubes & NDT of concrete Structures; Calibration of measuring instruments, Batching plant, Field lab equipments and maintenance of records, etc.; Identification of Non-conformities and Coordination for resolution; sending periodic FQ reports to H.O in the prescribed format ELECTRICAL SURVEYORS: Collection of approved Field Quality plans, drawings, Contract Technical specification etc for preparing QC activities at site; Receipt Inspection of materials with respect to PO, Inspection Reports; Calibration of measuring & test equipments; Coordination with Customer for inspection and testing activities and clearing of protocols for their clearance; Identification of Non conformities and Coordination for resolution; Stage inspection of site erection and installation of electrical equipments. Sending periodic FQ Reports to HO for preparing the monthly MIS Reports to Management
Desired Profile	CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE IN FIELD QUALITY AND WILLING TO RELOCATE ANYWHERE IN INDIA NEED APPLY. EXPERIENCE WITH  PROJECT EXECUTION SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED.  Expertise in Power Plants, Oil, Gas & Refinery, Metals & Minerals, Water Treatment Plants, Piping and Structural, Heavy fabrication manufacturing of material handling equipments, etc; Awareness of ISO 9000 and knowledge on internal and external audits is desirable. MECHANICAL FIELD QUALITY ENGINEERS: Should hold Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering with a work experience of minimum 7 years for diploma holders and 5 years for degree holders. Additional certification required in: ASNT Level II in UT, RT, MT, PT; Additional certification preferred in: CSWIP / AWS / CWI. Knowledge of various National & International Codes such as IS, ASME, AWS etc. CIVIL FIELD QUALITY ENGINEERS: Should hold Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering with a work experience of minimum 7 years for diploma holders and 5 years for degree holders. Should also have working experience with relevant Indian Standards. ELECTRICAL FIELD QUALITY ENGINEERS: Should hold Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering with a work experience of minimum 7 years for diploma holders and 5 years for degree holders.
