1. Works with external payroll vendor for payroll processing of all the company employees 

2. Handles and monitors employees attendance, leave etc 

3. Checks and sends inputs about salary changes and new recruits to external vendor for payroll processing

4. Checks and reconciles all the salary data, salary register, MIS, salary reports

5. Handles final settlements of exiting employees

6. Handles employee queries and grievances related to payroll, taxation, benefits etc

7. Ensures the Statutory compliances related to Gratuity, provident fund, ESIC, Profession tax , Maharashtra Labor Welfare Fund, Income Tax etc

8. Maintains Registers under various applicable acts on monthly/Annually basis 

9. Works on the recommendations received for annual salary revisions - prepares increment letters, updates payroll database etc 


Benefits Administration:
1. Updates employees and their family details in insurance database

2. Prepares and analyses the insurance claims etc and suggests measures to control the costs 

3. Works closely with insurer and TPA to get the maximum benefits under the policy

4. Administers company benefits like employee loans, gifts, food coupons etc as per the company policies


Reporting, Budgeting and MIS:

1. Maintenance of Monthly HRMS

2. Headcount and payroll costs budgeting and reporting to stakeholders

3. Attrition Analysis

4. Managing Employee details in SAP
