Job Title- Quality Control Manager
1. Key Tasks
• Implementation of QA systems and inspections
• Vendor inspection and qualification
• Check vendor ITPs for correctness.
2. Operational tasks
• Compilation of QA specifications to ensure completeness.
• Checking vendors ITPs
• Assisting Project teams in inspection of equipment during manufacturing
• Consolidation of QA documents
• Maintaining NCR records
• Ensuring compliance to statutory codes and standards.
3. Organizational involvement
• Interface with engineering, procurement and project management
• External interface with clients and subcontractors, and statutory authorities
• Position reports organizationally to head of Engineering
4. Competencies and experience
• Familiar with welding procedures for boiler pressure parts and structural.
• Experience QA system and Implementation of manufacturing ITPs
5. Qualification
Graduate engineer with 8 to 15 years’ experience
