As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at KPMG, your role will be to manage the end-to-end graduate recruitment process for KPMG Perth. With a strong focus on graduate attraction, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing key relationships with business stakeholders to match graduate recruitment activities to the needs of their business
• Seeking out new opportunities to promote KPMG in schools and universities
• Conducting successful recruitment campaigns
• Communicating with schools, universities, career centres, candidates and professors while managing the firm’s attendance at a variety of promotional events
• Arrange and conduct initial screening, assessment centres, review of testing performance and co-ordinate job offers.
• Supporting candidates during the recruitment process by answering questions in a professional, accurate, empathic and timely manner
• Confidently, articulately and persuasively presenting to internal and external audiences
• Building positivity within the team and fostering a dynamic atmosphere

To guide business decisions and to assist candidates with selecting KPMG, the successful applicant will demonstrate:
• Previous graduate recruitment experience in a large corporate or professional services environment
• A proven understanding of a variety of assessments and selection methods
• Internal and external relationship management experience
• Public speaking and presentation skills
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Degree qualified (Business / HR)
