JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Manager- Financial Reporting

Chartered Accountant First Attempt fresher batch of May'12.
Added advantage if has exposure to BIG 4.

Responsibilities Primarily

1. Preparing monthly/ QTLY/ Annual Financials

2. Other monthly/ QTLY/ Annual activities like calculating Capital Adequacy ratios/EPS/ROA/ Networth etc

2. Attending to Statutory Audits & RBI Inspection

3. Attending to capital raising activities, as & when capital is raised

4. Overseeing accounting activities of a small subsidiary & a foundation

5. Implementation of IFRS in the Bank (Part of core team)
