Job Description
1. Achieving business targets of Sales Volume, Outstanding & Stock as per norms (of A V Solutions which include Integrated AV Solutions and products like Data Video Projectors, Video Conferencing Equipments, Video Conferencing Solutions, Panaboards, OHPs, & other Conferencing Products in the territory under the respective Branch.)
2. Support Branch Head in developing sales strategies.
3. Appoint, develop and support the dealer network.
4. Co-ordination with Manufacturing, Marketing, Service, Central Response Team & Logistics.
5. To ensure control of outstanding & stocks.
6. To develop relationship with Architects, A V Consultant and PMC to develop business
7. To enhance customer relationship and satisfaction levels.
8. Identify and develop New accounts
9. Identify the various verticals / applications and develop customers for the same.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification Details :-
Essential Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Graduation in any discipline
Preferred Qualification: Post Graduate qualification in Management (Marketing / Sales)Experience Details
Essential Experience: 1 to 3 years in Sales
Preferred Experience: Preferably in the same industrySpecial
Skill Essential :
1. Sales orientation
2. Negotiation Skills
3. Interpersonal Skills
4. Presentation & Communication
Skills Preferred :
1. Knowledge of Commercial & Legal aspects like Taxation, Insurance etc.
2. Two Wheeler Driving (Valid Driving License essential)
