Job Description :
 Expert knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems (2003 & 2008) ·         Expert knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory 2003 / 2008 infrastructure specific. ·         Expert knowledge on Active Directory Services 2003 and AD DS 2008 with strong Troubleshooting experience.      ·         Expert knowledge, design, implementation and Administration of AD Group policies in W2k3 and W2k8. (emphasis on 2008 GPO) ·         Expert knowledge in domain migrations, consolidations and large AD structures. ·         knowledge in Scripting and Automation Problem solving Capability ·         Handling tickets / requests ·         Perform root cause analysis ·         Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to ITIL ·         Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration ·         Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA ·         Understanding of Multi-geo support environment ·         Responsible for building / maintaining a test environment ·         Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction ·         Suggests new technologies and design changes ·         Monitoring and maintaining SLA requirements by the team members ·         Planning Backup/Restoration Strategy for 24x7 operation support ·         Suggesting patches/upgrades to maintain security level ·         Testing / Auditing/processes as required from time to time
