4. Salary Date would be 20th of every month.
5. Salary would be paid only if candidate work for at least 31 days for the company. ( after training period )
6. If candidate leave before twelve month than last one month salary wouldn’t be paid.
7. Office timings would be in shifts (9 AM to 7Pm, Six days working )
8. Overtime would be paid if one works beyond standard working hours

Training
a.        Training period would be 7 working days.
b.        Rs 100 per day stipend would be given during the training period.
c.        Training period could be extended or reduced depends on your learning abilities and test performance.
                                                               i.      Day 1: Training in office ( orientation and product training )
                                                              ii.      Day 2,3,4: office training ( all complicate problem and resolution )
                                                            iii.      2 Days field training of Complaint/Service/AMC and installation including documents filing.
                                                             iv.       7th Day ( test of all the skills including documents ) if not cleared training would be extended.
d.        Salary would be started from the very next day you get “successfully training certificate” from GOOD LIFE.

Sales Incentive on Revenue generation ( AMC and Paid Service/Complaint )
1.        5% on Revenue generation
2.        Incentive on Amc Booking Starting from Rs 50 to Rs 300 depends on AMC Category.
3.        Daily Work performance Incentive Rs 100 per day based on Excellent Remarks. ( Average Rs 1000 to Rs 2000 Monthly Can be earned)
4.        Incentive on Sales lead generation on various products while executing the service call.  Rs 200 to Rs 1000 Per Lead)

Bike Finance Option: 30% Payment ( Price 40000-45000 ) would be paid by employee and rest would be paid in 30 monthly installments. Rs 1000 would be contributed by company against every month EMI. ( Assuming on Rs 40k Company finance is Rs 28000and on 18% interest 30emi of Rs 1166, company will pay Rs 1000 per month so Rs 166 would be adjusted from the salary )
