IBM India Pvt Ltd is visiting Arya Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jaipur on 15th March 2012 for Off Campus Recruitment of 2010 and 2011 B.Tech Candidates as per the details below :
Job Role : IT Help desk - Technical Support Associate (100% voice programmers)
- Provide Technical solutions to the external customers
- Awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.
- Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
- Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP, configuration options and Troubleshooting
- Browser Support - Internet Explorer
- Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts
- User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client - Outlook, Notes etc.
- Skilled in commercially standard software applications and major desktop operating systems.
**This role is NOT into BPO domain.
Job Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad
Shift: Yes (Should be Flexible)
General Skills and Criteria.
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts
• Must be willing to work in Shifts
Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech & Diploma Holders (10+3)
Year of passing: 2010/2011 ONLY
Mandatory documents to be carried for the interview:
- Candidate profile
- All the mark sheets, Provisional Degree Certificates/ Degree Certificates (without fail)
- One photo ID proof (Driver's license/ voter's ID card/ pass port)
Date of Joining: Immediate
Note: No restriction on percentage.
CTC: Will be disclosed to the selected candidates by the Manager
Candidate should have completed 16 or more Years of Formal Education
Candidates shouldn't have any backlog at the time of IBM process.

Drive will be on 15th March 2012.

Rest Details will remain same as shared earlier.
Mandatory Requirement : Only those MCA/ M.Tech Candidates passing out in 2012 will be allowed to participate, who can submit NOC from their respective colleges in the format given below:
The NOC needs to be in the following format.
It is certified that Name ______________________________
It is certified that: The student has completed the final exams and there are no further exams remaining The student has completed his/her regular studies and he/she does not need to attend the classes any more The college has no objection if the student joins any company for regular employment with immediate effect He/she only would require to submit the project report and/or attend Viva by May/June.
