“Hindustan Times” has given us consent to visit APIIT SD INDIA, Panipat for pool campus drive on 28^th March, 2012 (Wednesday) for MBA/ PGDM students. The details of the pool drive are as follows.

Selection Process

                                                    1.        Group Discussion

                                      2.        HR Interview

Date of Joining                      :           Immediate for 2011 passing out and for the rest after the
                                                             completion of Degree .

Responsibilities                   :

The main areas of responsibilities for this role are detailed under:

     1. Deliver on Sales Targets of online business

1. Adhere to the sales policies and procedures for centre in collaboration
2. Innovate and suggest local sales promotion activities within budget
3. Grow and sustain advertisement revenue by focusing on agencies/ corporate clients

     2.  Customer Account Management:

1. Identify and build alliances with corporate business partners/ Agencies representing such corporate houses.
2. Provide inputs in the development of sales pitches and proposals.
3. Track and facilitate the process of credit collections

3. Business Development:
1. Continuously collate competitive data business intelligence and monitor competitive offerings and give their inputs to help reposition/ redesign/ introduce offerings.
2. Identify new and prospective customers, initiate and develop alternative sources of content to increase business

Competencies          :

·         Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills

·         Analytical skills for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics.

·         Focus and ability to achieve competitive revenue targets.

Required Documents

1.     Students are informed to carry all the mandatory documents like one hard copy of resume,

                  3-4 Passport size photographs (recent) and College ID Card.

       2.       All the students should appear for interview in formal dress

       3.       All the students are required to carry their all qualification documents starting from 10^th Class.

               (original copy and 1 photocopy of each)

Venue: Students will have to report themselves at the helpdesk at APIIT SD INDIA workshop on 28 March 2012 at 8.30 AM sharp and will register their presence. There onwards they would be directed for further proceedings.
