Job Profile
1. Provide voice based customer support to domestic customers
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing one stop customer service
3. Managing and updating customer accounts and database
4. Handling customer satisfaction, call quality and time lines.
Eligibility
BCA, Graduate(B.A., B.Com., BSc. - Non-medical)
BCA & B.Sc. with 50%, 60% in 10th or 12th
MBA - Any discipline.
10+2, Diploma(CS/IT/IS/IC/EC/EEE/EI/Electical/Electronics/Telecom) with 60% in Diploma.
50% in 10th
Candidates of 2010/2011/2012 Batches are eligible for this drive.
Age limit of Candidate is 18 – 30 Yrs old.
B Tech, BE, MCA, MSc IT, M Tech, are not eligible.
Skill Required
Fresher or experienced in Customer Care.Good written and verbal communication.
Basic computer familiarization.

Salary
Process: Delhi Postpaid ( Fresher & Experienced ).
Salary Per Annum: 121587.
