Procure to Pay Projects
GCSC supports Corporate Functional Transformation team on how Honeywell procures services and products from suppliers, and how it pays them. Procure phase is where vendor rationalization, process improvement and GMP strategies are done. Once tags from procure phase are available, implementing EFT or ACH capabilities in our business is done in the pay phase. The team also works on controllership projects where pre and post audits are done.

Job Description:
Key responsibilities for this role are as follows:
- Contacting Honeywell Suppliers in North America on e-mail/phone for conversion of pay method from Check to Electronic payment(ACH)
- Tracking Supplier responses, check enrollment forms for adequacy and update received information in workflow
- Answer supplier queries regarding electronic payment on phone/ e-mail
- Interaction with Vendor Management & Procurement teams
- Provides support to the project manager on project reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications / Educations / Skill set Requirements:
- A Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO industry preferably in a financial process.
- The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills as he/she is required to communicate with supplier as well as all Honeywell SBGs Procurement and Vendor Management teams.
- The candidate should have excellent PC skills and should be well versed with Microsoft Products like Excel, Word and Access (optional). This job may also require using various applications (Microsoft or others). Hence, a strong inclination towards automation will be an added advantage.
- The candidate should be result focused, solution rooted and must have a proactive drive & can do attitude.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma tools & Project Management is also desirable.
Note: This process supports the North American Region and ability to work in night shift is essential.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A
