We are searching for an Software Engineer for our Software Development team in our Richmond, British Columbia location. Ideal candidates should have the following skills and come from commercial software and high-technology companies. We seek self-starters who work well in high-pressure environments. Responsibilities: - Design, develop and ultimately deliver software solutions reflective of the requirements and in alignment with committed schedules. - Take complete ownership of assigned modules but expect to provide assistance outside of your immediate domain. - Work collaboratively with and provide technical expertise to Product Management and QA. - As a member of a product team, you will be responsible for shipping a high quality product on time with complete scope.

Job Requirements:

- Candidates must have 4-7 years of software development experience and come from commercial software or other high-tech companies. - Candidates with 3 or more years of C# is required. - In-depth understanding of the .NET Framework and objected oriented design skills is required. - Experience with C++ or similar object oriented languages is desirable. - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL), WPF, WCF is desirable. - Previous experience shipping Windows based products and exposure to commercial software development methodologies, and test driven development is desirable. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. - Able to adapt to a high-pressure but progressive and agile environment.
